Pleading guilty to three charges – Derby

A man arrested in Derby on Monday has been remanded in court after pleading guilty to three charges.

Gursimran Mann, of Blagreaves Lane, Derby, pleaded guilty to possession of a bladed article in a public place, driving whilst disqualified and driving without insurance. Mann was arrested in a car on Stenson Road on Monday evening as part of investigations into a firearms incident in Ednaston Avenue, Littleover, on August 7.

The 19-year-old will next appear at Derby Crown Court on September 13 for sentencing and has been remanded in prison until that date.
