The Matlock Cycling Club – Derbyshire
Matlock Cycling Club is a voluntary organisation. It offers help and support across a whole spectrum of disciplines. Moreover, Matlock Cycling club caters for all ages and abilities.
We are one of the country’s premier cycling clubs. Also, with members ranging from children who are taking their first pedal strokes on a bicycle to cyclists who enjoy success racing at world class level.

We are proud to have achieved the British Cycling’s Go-Ride Clubmark status. Furthermore, universally acknowledged its a cross sport scheme introduced by Sport England. Its for community sports clubs. Promoting high standards in welfare, equity, coaching and club management.
The club has a regular social programme and enjoys the use of a club room at St Giles Barn, Starkholmes.
During the winter season (beginning of September to beginning of April) the club has a programme of social events for all the family. These include training, indoor bike roller racing and once a month a bike maintenance session with Dr Bike.
Matlock CC have demonstrated an environment that ensures member welfare and promotes cycling as a lifelong sport.
