Woman hit with glass during fight on Ripley Market Place

A woman was hit over the head with a glass during a fight on Ripley Market Place at around 11.30pm on Saturday, July 14.

The 34-year-old was involved in an argument with two other women when two men began attacking her husband. The woman fell to the floor where she was repeatedly kicked before a glass was smashed over her head.

The victim suffered a number of cuts and bruises to her head and body.
